Reagent provides a conversational interface for searching, comparing, and booking flights through integrations with third‑party travel suppliers and booking partners. Reagent does not itself operate airlines or provide transportation services.
You must be at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Flight options, prices, schedules, availability, and other details are provided by third‑party suppliers and are subject to change at any time. Reagent does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any flight information displayed.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable airline and booking provider.
When you proceed with a booking through the Service:
Any service fees charged by Reagent, if applicable and not already included in displayed fare pricing, will be clearly disclosed prior to booking.
Additional fees may be charged after booking if servicing is performed by us, due for example to itinerary modification or cancellation.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed solely by the fare rules and policies of the airline or booking provider. Reagent does not guarantee that tickets are refundable or changeable and is not responsible for costs incurred due to such restrictions.
All content, software, trademarks, and branding on the Service are owned by or licensed to Reagent and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service may include links to or integrations with third‑party websites, services, or APIs. Reagent does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third‑party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reagent disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reagent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or travel costs, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Reagent’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Reagent for the Service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reagent and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data and user information.
